What is it for?

TWO main uses:-

Finding your Mutuals and leveraging their skills and interests for mutual benefit. Classic example, creator, musician/artist seeking people to collab/work with or provide help/advice.
Recovering from account loss, often after hackers have fucked it up. Reaching out to your Mutuals or people you have DM history with is a good start to recover.

Why is grabbing my archive so important?

Business minded? So you can use the valuable data.
INSURANCE. If you have it, you can recover from account loss. If not, so much harder, to impossible.

Why the focus on Mutuals?

Mutuals are people you follow, who follow you back. Very broadly, you like them, and how they operate, and they you.
This relationship means that if you reach out to them for something specific that fits them, they will probably be interested enough to engage.
Example : If you are a travel vlogger planning a trip, finding a Mutual in that location can lead to joint productions.

What's the issue with Fans and Idols?

To create a list of IDs, there is no issue.
To USE that information, there is a mix of practical and privacy issues that are too complex to deal with right now unless there is demand.
EXAMPLE : Twitter has a 200 DM per day limit, and you can get sanctioned at lower numbers if it looks automated, so mass DM to your 10000 fans with Special Offer, non starter. DMing (over a few days) the 300 who live in the city where you will gigging next week, does work
Idols : If you contact Idols and they don't like it, your account is at risk if they then mute/block/mark as spam. Frankly, only contact Idols when you want to buy something from them or hire them professionally.
Terchnical issue re API rate limiting by Twitter means you need to split larger numbers into smaller groups and put them back together on your PC.

What Format is the Profile data?

The basic data is exactly as supplied by X. We then turn it into a CSV for download. On my PC, CSV files open into Excel by default. If yours doesn't (might be a "what to use for these file types" setting), run Excel then open the file inside Excel.

Can you provide personal help?

Privacy Statement

We don't collect any information EXCEPT if you buy a Key; that contact info is stored offline and deleted every couple of months.
All servers generate logs of IP addresses automatically, but we don't use that data. FYI EVERY website generates these logs, it's just a background process.
NONE of the files/data you supply or generate are stored online. Most happens in your browser and we don't even see it. Where we do touch the data - API returns, it's wiped immediately.
